None whatsoever. If you can answer questions in a form, you can set up Klicky.ai. The onboarding wizard guides you through every step, and AI generates your notification messages automatically based on your answers. No coding, no complicated dashboards.

How long does it take to go live?

Accepted Answer

Under 5 minutes for a working booking page. Onboarding takes 3–5 minutes to answer the setup questions. Once you finish, your booking link is live immediately. Share it and customers can start booking right away.

The Free tier gives you a fully functional booking page, unlimited appointments, and up to 500 WhatsApp notifications per month (roughly 100 to 150 appointments worth of confirmations and reminders). Forever free, no credit card needed. You only upgrade when you outgrow the notification cap or want features like your own WhatsApp number or a custom theme.

How does the booking flow work for my customers?

Customers open your booking link → see your services with prices and durations → pick a date and time slot → enter their name and WhatsApp number → confirm. They get an instant WhatsApp confirmation, and the appointment shows up in your dashboard. Simple for them, automatic for you.

Can I offer multiple services with different durations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can add as many services as you like, each with its own name, duration, and price. The calendar automatically blocks the right amount of time per service so bookings never overlap. Customers choose a service first, then see available slots that fit that duration.

Can I manually add appointments (for walk-ins or phone bookings)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. From your Appointments page you can manually add a booking at any time. Just enter the customer name, phone number, service, date, and time. The system will schedule reminders just as if they had booked online.

What happens when I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

Accepted Answer

When you reschedule, all pending WhatsApp reminders for the old time are automatically cancelled and new ones are scheduled for the new time. The customer gets a WhatsApp message notifying them of the change. When you cancel, all reminders are cancelled and the customer receives a cancellation notification.

Is there a calendar view for my appointments?

Yes. Your Appointments page has both a calendar view (day/week/month) and a list view with filters for upcoming, past, and cancelled appointments. Click any appointment to see the customer details, service booked, and status.

Does the WhatsApp number shown to my customers change by plan?

On Free and Basic plans, messages are sent from the Klicky.ai WhatsApp number. On Growth, you connect your own WhatsApp number so reminders come directly from your business. Customers trust and recognise a number they already have saved.

Can I edit the WhatsApp messages?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every message is fully editable at any time from the Notifications page. AI writes a great starting point during onboarding based on your business type and tone preference, but you can change any word. You can also toggle individual notifications on or off.

Can I send a test notification to see how it looks?

Yes. From the Notifications page, each message has a "Send test" button that delivers a preview to your own WhatsApp number so you see exactly what your customers will receive before going live.

No. Klicky.ai is a flat monthly subscription. There are no per-message fees, no per-appointment fees, and no surprise charges at the end of the month. One price, everything included for your tier.

What happens when I hit my WhatsApp notification limit?

Accepted Answer

Bookings keep going through, always. Once you hit your monthly notification cap, Klicky stops sending the next outbound WhatsApp messages (confirmations and reminders) until the calendar month resets or you upgrade. You will see an in-app warning as you approach the cap so the upgrade decision is never a surprise. Free is 500/mo, Basic is 2,000/mo, Growth is 8,000/mo.

Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?

Yes. You manage your subscription entirely through the self-serve Billing page inside your dashboard. No calls or tickets needed. Upgrades take effect immediately. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period. We offer a 7-day refund policy on all paid plans.

How do you handle taxes and VAT?

Klicky.ai uses Polar as our payment processor, which acts as the merchant of record. Polar handles all tax, VAT, and compliance globally. You see the exact amount you will be charged before you confirm, with taxes calculated automatically for your region.

What does my booking page look like to customers?

Accepted Answer

Customers see your business name and logo, your services list with prices and durations, your work gallery, social links, a calendar with available time slots, and a simple booking form asking for their name and WhatsApp number. On Growth+ plans it also shows your custom colors and a map to your location.

Can I remove the "Powered by Klicky" branding?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrading to Basic ($14.99/mo) removes all Klicky branding from your booking page. Your customers see a clean page with only your business identity.

Can I add a photo gallery of my work?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on every plan including Free. Upload images of your best work directly from the Booking Page settings. They appear as a swipeable gallery on your public page, the most effective way to showcase your quality and give customers confidence before booking.

Can I use my own domain name for my booking page?

Accepted Answer

All plans use your klicky.ai/your-business link, which you can share anywhere: WhatsApp status, Instagram bio, printed on business cards.

How do I get a QR code for my booking link?

Your QR code is generated automatically and available from the Booking Page settings. Download it and print it on business cards, menus, or window stickers so walk-in customers can scan and book their next appointment on the spot.

Can I ask customers for a Google review automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes. During onboarding (and anytime from your Notifications settings) you choose what happens after each appointment: send a Google review link, prompt them to share a social media story and tag your business, send a custom message, or nothing at all. The follow-up fires automatically a couple of hours after the appointment ends.

Can I create custom WhatsApp automation flows?

The Flow Builder is not available on current plans. You can still automate appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups from your Notifications settings.

What happens if a reminder fails to send?

Klicky.ai monitors every notification delivery. If a send fails, the system retries automatically. For repeated failures, you receive an alert via email so you can follow up with the customer directly. Notification delivery logs are visible in your dashboard.
