Sign up for free. No credit card required. During onboarding you answer a few questions about your business (name, services, hours, tone). In under 5 minutes, your booking page is live at klicky.ai/your-business and all WhatsApp notification messages are already written for you. Share your link and start taking bookings.
Customers open your booking link → see your services with prices and durations → pick a date and time slot → enter their name and WhatsApp number → confirm. They get an instant WhatsApp confirmation, and the appointment shows up in your dashboard. Simple for them, automatic for you.

Six notifications fire automatically for every booking:

  • Booking confirmed → customer gets confirmation
  • Booking confirmed → you get a "new booking" alert
  • 1 day before → reminder to customer with location link
  • 1 hour before → reminder to customer
  • 10 minutes before → "get ready" alert to you
  • After appointment → follow-up to customer (review request, social prompt, or custom)

All messages are editable from your Notifications page.

Customers see your business name and logo, your services list with prices and durations, your work gallery, social links, a calendar with available time slots, and a simple booking form asking for their name and WhatsApp number. On Growth+ plans it also shows your custom colors and a map to your location.
